Go find a copy of The Encyclopedia of Live Foods by Charles O Masters (TFH
PS730). It's an old book (1975) but fairly common. I don't know if it's still
being published. TFH tried to discontinue it a couple of times, but demand keeps
bringing it back. Nearly any live food culture used for fish is in it - including
culturing cockroaches!
